Vitejte do zlych casu gottwaldi

Vítejte do zlých časů

1. Uslyšel jsem včera dva chlapy mudrovat
na poměry do hospody přišly hudrovat
jak to bylo kdysi za komárů lepší
mně je taky čtyřicet a zatím jsem si nevšim

2. Vzpomínali ceny guláš za pět padesát
a spousta věcí zadara to platil hodnej stát
a teď jsou tady bohatý a voni dva furt chudý
tak budou volit růžový a tím pádem i rudý

REF:
Co je podezřelý to je levý
a já nechci tlačit kolo dějin zpět
a povinně zas trávit na průvodu první máj

A je podezřelej ten kdo neví
to že nevypučí z růže květ
nikdy nekonal se jejich sociální ráj

3. A ještě jedna věc mi nedává spát
jak může někdo mladej na ty sliby dát
voblíkne si triko s ksichtem Che Guevary
a fotrovi zatim patřej skoro celý Vary

4. Vostrý ve světě se vrací dát svůj hlas
jistotám všech minimálně pracujících mas
a já mám v živý paměti jak mě kdysi řízli
když zažádal jsem popátý o devizový příslib

REF:
Co je podezřelý to je levý
a já nechci tlačit kolo dějin zpět
a povinně zas trávit na průvodu první máj

A je podezřelej ten kdo neví
to že nevypučí z růže květ
nikdy nekonal se jejich sociální ráj

I když všechno není až tak akorát
můžu nahlas nadávat a co chci ještě hrát
posmívat se kdejaký starý pětiletce
a vzpomenout si s varováním na anglický letce

6. Nechci nikdy za okno už vyvěšovat vlajky
a slavit výstřel z Aurory a vypuštění Lajky
tak to je teda celý, aspoň hodně zhruba
tomu, kdo mi nevěří, zbejvá ostrov Kuba

Levá vpřed a zpátky ni krok
do propadliště dějin, a ještě tenhle rok
levá vpřed a jen tam buď
a hlavně už nevylejzej nikdy odtamtud!

REF:
Co je podezřelý to je levý
a já nechci tlačit kolo dějin zpět
a povinně zas trávit na průvodu první máj

A je podezřelej ten kdo neví
to že nevypučí z růže květ
nikdy nekonal se jejich sociální ráj

The Killers-When You Were Young

The Killers-When You Were Young

When You Were Young

You sit there in your heartache
Waiting on some beautiful boy to
save you from your old ways
You play forgiveness
Watch it now ... here he comes!

He doesn't look a thing like Jesus
But he talks like a gentleman
Like you imagined when you were young

Can we climb this mountain
I don't know
Higher now than ever before
I know we can make it if we take it slow
Let's take it easy
Easy now, watch it go

We're burning down the highway skyline
On the back of a hurricane that started turning
When you were young
When you were young

And sometimes you close your eyes
and see the place where you used to live
When you were young

They say the devil's water, it ain't so sweet
You don't have to drink right now
But you can dip your feet
Every once in a little while

You sit there in your heartache
Waiting on some beautiful boy to
To save you from your old ways
You play forgiveness
Watch it now here he comes

He doesn't look a thing like Jesus
But he talks like a gentleman
Like you imagined when you were young
(He talks like a gentlemen, like you imagined when)
When you were young

I said he doesn't look a thing like Jesus
He doesn't look a thing like Jesus
But more than you'll ever know

In My Secret Life - Leonard Cohen

Leonard Cohen In My Secret Life

I saw you this morning.
You were moving so fast.
Cant seem to loosen my grip
On the past.
And I miss you so much.
Theres no one in sight.
And were still making love
In my secret life.

I smile when Im angry.
I cheat and I lie.
I do what I have to do
To get by.
But I know what is wrong,
And I know what is right.
And Id die for the truth
In my secret life.

Hold on, hold on, my brother.
My sister, hold on tight.
I finally got my orders.
Ill be marching through the morning,
Marching through the night,
Moving cross the borders
Of my secret life.

Looked through the paper.
Makes you want to cry.
Nobody cares if the people
Live or die.
And the dealer wants you thinking
That its either black or white.
Thank g-d its not that simple
In my secret life.

I bite my lip.
I buy what Im told:
From the latest hit,
To the wisdom of old.
But Im always alone.
And my heart is like ice.
And its crowded and cold
In my secret life.

Johnny Cash - U2 - Don't Take Your Guns To Town

Don't Take Your Guns To Town

U2: "Don't Take Your Guns To Town"
Original: Johnny Cash
Single: Elevation

Video: Don't Take Your Guns To Town

Lyrics (*)
A young cowboy named Billy Joe
Grew restless on the farm
A boy filled with wanderlust
Who really meant no harm
He changed his clothes and shined his boots
And combed his dark hair down
And his mother cried as he walked out;

Refrain:
"Don't take your guns to town, son
Leave your guns at home, Bill
Don't take your guns to town."

He sang a song as on he rode,
His guns hung at his hips
He rode into a cattle town,
A smile upon his lips
He stopped and walked into a bar and laid his money down
But his mother's words echoed again;

Refrain:
"Don't take your guns to town, son
Leave your guns at home, Bill
Don't take your guns to town."

He drank his first strong liquor then to calm his shaking hand
And tried to tell himself at last he had become a man
A dusty cowpoke at his side began to laugh him down
And he heard again his mother's words;

Refrain:
"Don't take your guns to town, son
Leave your guns at home, Bill
Don't take your guns to town."

Bill was raged and Billy Joe reached for his gun to draw
But the stranger drew his gun and fired before he even saw
As Billy Joe fell to the floor the crowd all gathered 'round
And wondered at his final words;

Refrain:
"Don't take your guns to town, son
Leave your guns at home, Bill
Don't take your guns to town."
